Franco Bifo gästar DOCH

Den italienska filosofen och aktivisten Franco Bifo – eller Frenseco Berardi – gästar Dans och Cirkushögskolans koreografutbildning under kommande vecka. Den karismatiske politiska tänkaren, tidigare ointroducerad i Sverige, föreläser och ger seminarium med utgångspunkt i sin senaste publikation som fokuserar på hur vårt samhälle och dess ekonomier kommit att bli allt mer performativa. Framtiden är koreograferad.

Bifo ger också en öppen föreläsning på Rest Landet torsdag 1 april klockan 18.00 – 20.00.

Bifo följer upp två veckors workshop med den belgiska koreografen Christine De Smedt om med utgångspunkt i Body Mind Centring utforskar röstens koreografiska kapaciteter.

The Italian philosopher and activist Franco Bifo - or Frenseco Berardi – visits the department of choreography at the University of Dance and Circus the coming week. The charismatic political thinker, previously not introduced in Sweden, will lecture and give seminars on the basis of his latest publication, which focuses on how our society and its economy has become increasingly performative. The future is choreographed.

Bifo also give a public lecture on Blow It Thursday, April 1st, 18:00-20:00

Bifo follows up a two-week workshop with the Belgian choreographer Christine De Smedt on the basis of Body Mind Center Ring exploring choreographic voice capabilities.
