What is the fee for the conference?

During the early registration period 2 May -31 July, the conference fee will be 1 600 SEK (176 EURO, 237 USD, 151 GBP). If you register later the fee will be 2 100 SEK (232 EUR, 311 USD, 199 GBP).

What is included in the conference fee?

The conference fee includes the full conference and coffee/tea during breaks. The welcoming dinner is optional.

When do I need to hand in a full paper?

The deadline for your abstract is 26th of February 2012. The full paper in English can be handed in after your presentation during the conference or att the latest the 7th of November 2012, a week after the conference.

Do I need to inform you about special diets?

Yes, please inform us about special diets when you register for the conference.

As an author and presenter at the conference, do I need to register as a participant and pay the conference fee?

Yes, that is necessary. The only ones that doesn´t need to do that are the specially invited keynote speakers. 

Is it possible to register for only one or two days of the conference?

No, we have only one fee for the whole conference. You can choose to come only one or two days, but the fee will be the same.
