The registration for the conference - Contemporary Dance Didactics: Explorations in Theory and Practice, at DOCH, will open on May 2.

Call for papers

We have recieved around 40 papers from all over the world. The conference committee has now read and evaluated them and are currently working on the timetable for the conference. It will be posted on May 7.

Registration

The registration for the conference is now open. Early registration 2 May - 31 July entitles you to a reduced conference fee, see prices below. During late registration, 1 August and onward, the full conference price have to be payed.

When we have recieved both your registration form and the fee we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

Information and costs

For early registrations the fee for the conference will be 1600 SEK, (176 EUR, 237 USD, 151 GBP), if registration takes place during the later registration period it is 2 100 SEK. (232 EUR, 311 USD, 199 GBP). The fee includes the full conference as well as coffee/tea during breaks. The welcome dinner is optional and will cost an additional 400 SEK (44 EUR, 60 USD, 38 GBP). Be sure to inform us of any allergies with your application.

Costs related to room, board and transportation will be covered by the participants themselves or their respective institutions. Participants need to book their own hotel room. » You will find suggestions for hotels in the area here.

Important dates

14 December 2011. First call for papers.

19 January 2012. Second call for papers.

26 February 2012. Deadline for abstracts. Late admittances will not be accepted.

5 April 2012. The selected participants will be contacted by e-mail.

7 June 2012. The full programme will be published on this website.

2 May- 31 July. Early registration, reduced conference price.

1 August and onwards, full conference price.

28-31 October 2012. The conference.
