Today, DOCH mourns the loss of one of our colleagues, Luke Wilson.

Luke passed away yesterday morning (oct. 3rd) after a short fight with cancer.

He was an esteemed colleague much appreciated by the staff and students alike. He was a strong contributor to the performing arts, the circus arts and the juggling arts in particular. He was active in many ways, as a performer, director, juggler, thinker, educator, as a fellow artist and a friend.

Lukes influence in the development of the Swedish circus arts and circus education will live on for decades.

His presence here at DOCH since the inception of the circus department in 2005 will be highly missed. His teachings and contributions will forever be impregnated in DOCHs walls.

We send our heartfelt condolences to all whom today grieve his loss and especially to his family, we send much love.
